Update
Friday, November 14, 2008 at 11:47PM Thank you everyone for your encouraging words. They mean so much to me. I has a nice night's sleep last night, and woke up to a big brighter day, at least in mood.
The weather was a bit grey today. Our antidote for the greyness was to get about town. Josh has the day off today so we went out to lunch and thrifting, where I found some sweet deals I'll document soon. We also went to another tattoo shop (not the one where I got my piercing done) and I talked to their piercing artist who confirmed what I suspected about my piercing. It was crooked and too low, so low in fact that it would not heal properly. He suggested I take it out and let it heal. In 4-6 weeks I can go and get it repierced. I am happy with this information, and will be re-visiting this shop, which I trust.
So that is a super brief recount of our day. I'll try to record more later, because it really was quite a nice day. I'm rather tired right now, and just want to snuggle. Thank you again for all of your wonderful words, xoxo!

Way to go being so pro-active and going to someone you trust and finding out you were right all along. So heal now and then get it redone later. Perfect!
That is great! Maybe that is why yours hurt so much, because I remember only minimal pain from mine....it just felt like I had a bruised nose for about three days.
